Items will be dispatched same working day if ordered before 1pm GMT/BST. Pallets or large items that are special order will be dispatched within 2 working days.
We do need your full address with postcode and contact telephone number before any shipments can be made. Tracking information can be sent via mobile text service or email.
Delivered next working day by one of our providers if ordered before 1pm.
Small Parcel under 2kg
Delivered within 2-5 working days although it can take up to 14 days, sent by one of our providers, tracking included, delivered by Royal Mail. This carries no surcharge for any area of the UK covered by Royal Mail.
UK Express Delivery
UK Express Delivery is FREE to most areas apart from Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and all British Offshore Islands are subject to a surcharge, please contact us before purchase.
Pallet deliveries usually take 5 working days which include gearboxes, engines and some interior seating. Please enquire for more information.
Small Parcel under 2kg
Fully tracked post provided by Postnorde. This service provides a delivery time within 14 days depending on local customs and postal services. Please check tracking regularly as items can take up to 30 days for delivery.
Parcels over 2kg
Are sent with Express Delivery. Delivered within 2-5 working days worldwide.
European Road Economy Service
Usually delivered within 5-14 days but can take 30 days. Fully tracked service provided by range of other providers.
Pallets can also be sent to any country, please enquire for a personalised quote.
Please remember that VAT or customs fees will be charged by the shipping agent depending on receiver country. They may also charge a small processing fee. You will be emailed full details of the charges automatically by the agent.
Please contact us if you would like to return an item. This has to be within 30 days of delivery date for faulty, no longer required, not as described or damaged upon receipt items. Any goods returned are the buyer’s responsibility to make sure they are correctly packaged and insured. Lost or damaged goods will not be accepted or refunded.
FAULTY ITEMS/DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT
Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery! We will always try and provide a replacement part and if this is not available we will refund your purchase. Postage costs may be refunded.
ITEMS NO LONGER REQUIRED
The item must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition upon receipt. Items returned may be subject to a 20% restocking and handling charge, excluding postage costs.
ITEMS NOT AS DESCRIBED
In the unfortunate event of an item being incorrectly described. Please contact us and a full refund will be issued upon returning the item. Postage costs may be refunded.
In all cases our items are dispatched with insurance and tracking. Upon arrival please check the condition and if it has been damaged please ‘Sign For’ in a damaged state. We will then be able to send you a replacement much quicker or refund the item if it is unavailable. We will need proof of damage and full details of the item to prevent fraudulent activity. All items are security marked.
We accept all major debit and credit cards electronically (Online Via Stripe and Google/Apple Pay), direct bank transfer and over the phone card transactions are possible.

A full description of the item is available above which includes condition of part. If the item is used please expect that there could be possible marking/general wear and tear and if you require any further information please contact us.
